Vegan Cheese on Toast

Who doesn’t love cheese on toast?!... even if you are following a vegan diet. Luckily, because our Nooch has such a fabulous cheesy flavour, you can really enjoy this classic snack. And you get your B vitamins, fibre and protein to boot. A win, win we think!
Recipe tip: Get creative by adding some extras like spring onions, spices, tomatoes or avocado on top for a yummy brunch or light lunch.
What you’ll need:
- 2 thick slices of sourdough 
- Vegan cheddar, grated, 100g per slice (available in most supermarkets) 
- 1 tsp of Marigold Engevita® B12 Nutritional Yeast Flakes per slice 
How to do it:
- Toast one side of the bread under a grill. 
- Turn over and top with the grated cheese. Grill until it begins to melt and bubble. 
- Sprinkle the Nooch on top of each slice and grill until golden brown.
