Vegan Cheesy Garlic Flatbread

Marigold Engevita® Nutritional Yeast Flakes are super versatile and bring out the best flavour and taste to so many dishes and snacks. We just love topping our garlic flatbreads with it – lots of it to be honest. In fact, we are really doing you a big favour here, because not only is it a secret ingredient which sasses up your food, it is also a flavourful boost of protein, fibre and B vitamins.
Recipe tip: You can use plain flatbreads and simply rub a garlic clove all over it to give flavour!
What you’ll need:
- Flatbreads (with garlic) 
- Small bunch of chopped herbs (parsley, chives or coriander work very well) 
- 1 tbsp of Marigold Engevita® Nutritional Yeast Flakes 
How to do it:
- Simply bake your garlic flatbreads, then add fresh chopped herbs and a good spoonful of Nooch for the last few minutes of baking. 
- Perfect on its own or with an accompanying salad or dip.
