Garlic, Herb and Nooch Bread

A healthier way to quickly make a foodie favourite ๐Ÿ˜ Make this nutritious ciabatta as a snack or a tasty treat to share ๐Ÿ˜‹

Recipe tip: You can add extra seasoning if you want but we think this works just as it is and it makes a healthier version of garlic bread to indulge in.

 

What youโ€™ll need:

  • 1 ciabatta loaf

  • 2 big handfuls of fresh flat leaf parsley

  • 3 dessert spoons of our nooch nutritional yeast

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • A few big glugs of olive oil

How to do it:

  1. Cut the ciabatta lengthways down the middle so that you get 2 big slices. In this recipe we only use one slice but you can double up to make both if youโ€™re sharing with friends.

  2. Put the parsley, nooch, garlic and olive oil into a blender and whizz to a paste. It doesnโ€™t need to be completely smooth.

  3. Toast the bottom side of the ciabatta then spread the paste onto the untoasted side and put this under the grill for about 5 minutes.

  4. Slice into finger shapes, sprinkle more nooch and enjoy.
