White Bean Cheezy Hummus

Whilst hummus is traditionally made using chickpeas we think that this recipe, using white beans, makes for a different level of lightness and creaminess. The nooch gives it a delicious cheezy, umami flavour.
Recipe tip: You can use this as a dip or add it to sandwiches, bagels and for a snack on toast. Check our other dips too!
What you’ll need:
- 1 x 400g tin of cannellini beans 
- 2 tbsp of our nutritional yeast (or nooch) 
- A few glugs of olive oil 
- Seasoning to taste 
How to do it:
- Very simple – empty the whole can of beans into a liquidiser. 
- Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Check the seasoning to taste and add more if you feel necessary. 
- You can sprinkle more nooch on top to serve or just spread over your favourite bread.
